#EngTalk: Salary Issue on May Day

Hello, fellas! How was your day? Mine was pretty boring -_-

I believe you all know that today is International Workers’ Day or May Day. I would like to express my appreciation to those who play significant part in fulfilling our daily necessities.

Tonight, we’ll have #EngTalk session about the salary issue on the May Day. I admit that their roles in all kinds of industry is substantial. Therefore, the business owners are responsible for the worker’s well-being. The relationship between the employers and the workers must be kept in harmony so that the workers can live in prosper and the employers can take benefit of what the workers are working on.

But every year on May Day, the workers demand a raise. What is wrong here? Do you have any ideas, fellas? Say your thoughts in tonight’s #EngTalk!

I believe that there are three main parties that have to cooperate to solve this issue. As I said before, harmony must be kept between the employers and the workers. But, the government must also take part in realizing the workers’ prosperity. Let’s just hope that the three parties can come up with a solution that benefits all interested parties.

That’s all for tonight’s session. Thank you for your participation. Good night!
