#EngVocab: Air Travel Vocabulary (2)

Hello, fellas!

Today we will be talking about air travel vocabulary :)

We actually have talked about some words related to air travel, you can see them here  :)

And today, I will be sharing some more words related to air travel.

1. Jet lag:

Extreme tiredness after a long flight between extreme time zones.

2. Hand luggage:

Light bags that may be carried on board by passengers.

3. Stopover:

A break for a day or two on an international flight.

4. Duty free:

(of products such as cigarettes) not taxable.

5. Departures board:

Large display in airport showing times, destinations, etc. of departing flights.

6. Baggage claim:

A place where passengers go to find their luggage at the end of a flight.

7. Immigration officer:

Government official responsible for checking passengers’ passports.

8. Transit:

One stopping at an airport that is not our destination.
