#WOTD: Peevish

Hello fellas :D Today we’re going to talk about a word. Shall we start? ;) #WOTD

The word is “Peevish”. It’s an adjective.

Peevish means easily irritated, especially by unimportant things.

I will give some example sentences to help you understand the word better, fellas :)

Here’s an example:

“I am really peevish around smokers.”

“Why do you always seem to be really peevish when going to the movies? Do you dislike watching movies?”

“Oliver is way too peevish around kids.”

Synonyms of peevish are irritable, grumpy, fractious, fretful, cranky (informal). And the antonyms of peevish are cheerful, pleasant, sweet.

Clearly, peevish is not a good adjective, fellas :p Don’t be too peevish! Sometime we have to deal with what is going on around us.
